VW key (keyless) replacement

I think i may have lost my keys. the main worry is my keyless car key for a new VW car (ID.3) what steps do i need to take to make sure that no one found the key & outside my house & waiting to come back to steal it at night? Can i goto the dealer and get the spare reprogrammed? Anyone know how much roughly it would cost to get a replacement? Thanks.

Replacements are around €180 iirc. The lost key can be deleted from the car so it can't be used even if it is found.

Contact dealer, order new key and have the old key deactivated. Does the id3 have a key for manually opening doors hidden in key fob?
