Do women go for good looking men?

It's a common stereotype, men are primarily attracted to beauty while women are attracted to personality/wealth/status.

From talking to people in real life and online, it seems the women I know wouldn't approach a man purely based on his looks unless she knew him whereas that's common with men. Many men (not all) can get aroused from a good looking woman. I don't think the reverse is true to the same extent.

In my life, I've seen random men approaching women but not the other way around.
