    Ordered an Item on November 9th. After a week of no updates on the order, I did some due diligence on their facebook page, a lot of negative comments on their posts. I had paid via PayPal and opened a resolution query via PayPal, I have until end of day today to escalate the problem with PayPal otherwise the dispute will be closed. I will be escalating the problem just to keep the case open for a while longer and if the item arrives in the next week, well and good, I can have it closed.

    I dont have any confidence with this anymore and such a long wait time is hardly acceptable by any means....

    I just checked the tracking page & still nothing since 30th Nov :/

    Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this parcel appears to be caught up in our ongoing delays at the moment. The tracking will be updated as soon as the parcel arrives here and it will then be out for delivery in 1-3 working days. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I'll be escalating to a PayPal claim by Sunday if it doesn't appear.

    Hopefully it will have been scanned in Ireland overnight & be out for delivery tomorrow but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

    I ordered an item on December 1st. Still no update on it. I emailed them and got a generic response from Markus about 3 days later.

    "Item is ready to be dispatched.." blah blah blah. I just have to be patient. I know it's going to take about 3-4 weeks. It's always the way.

    I just hate the way they advertise like it only takes 6-8 working days. That's bull. That's the absolute best-case scenario that really doesn't apply a large portion of orders.

    I'm a little anxious but I've also ordered very expensive items (€1K+) from them before and they have arrived in perfect condition.

    I think the waiting game is just so amplified especially since Amazon has practically got next-day delivery. Waiting weeks with silence is tough. Just an update would be nice.

    still no budge on the gls tracking & I discovered today that apparently there's a few trucks delayed in the Coventry area in England.

    How lucky that mine gets stuck on one of these (as much as I can guess at the moment) while other parcels are getting through ok :mad:

    "Insured Economy Express." It seemed like there was 2 options but not much difference. Couldn't tell you the other option.

    I'll be lucky if I get it before Christmas.

    I ordered a 5D Mark IV around this time last year. Took around 3 weeks. Its a painful wait. This time its a gimbal.

    Theyre slow out but mostly arrive, let me down badly, so won't ever order from them again, thank God for PayPal

    Took me 7 days after PayPal sorted it to get the refund into my bank, exactly this time last year, shower of misfits in eglobal, Christmas present for my son, wouldn't recommend them to anyone

    Did it take Paypal long to sort it? They have put in the tracking info and i'm afraid they are biding their time, it'll be well into January now by the time the phone arrives, i'd like a resolution as my phone hit the dirt last night.

    no update on tracking & cannot understand how something could be sitting in a truck for almost 3 weeks.
    hope I'm wrong but I suspect someone somewhere will get a nice surprise on 25th but it won't be me :(

    at this stage I don't even want the hassle of a replacement being sent. I just want my refund.

    I'd suggest contacting PP via the message centre & get in touch with one of the agents.

    get all emails re the order plus tracking pages, order page from EG, and any other relevant info, print as pdf from your browser & save all the files.

    PP may ask you to send on all the info you have if you tell them u have all those files.

    it might look better if you are being pro-active about the case & EG are sending a one liner response that just contains a URL to a tracking page that, TBH, just proves your case :)

    in case it's the mi 10t pro 5g 8g/256g - amazon had it at stg399 yesterday

    it's back up to 549 now but has dropped to the 399 several times in the past weeks

    supposed to be a decent phone if you are ok with lcd screen

    I was checking it out a few weeks ago bu Mi 11 announced recently so will wait to check spec on that & see if 10T drops in price

    def won't be even thinking of eg as a source :rolleyes:

    I ordered a samsung galaxy s20 5g for 650, my own phone was on the brink so the last 4 weeks it barely held out and then died last night. I'll be going into week 5 in a couple of days with them.

    I picked up a oneplus 8 pro from adverts today, just hoping for PayPal to refund me now I can't see the phone getting to GLS within the week.

    Yeah I got caught by this shower as well. Said item was in stock even though it wasn't, took weeks to get my money back. Definitely avoid.
