Timer recommendation please

I have to buy a timer as a gift for a coffee nerd. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. He just wants the timer as her has everything else.

Timemore Black Mirror.

But buy it from AliExpress, it's a Chinese brand so the ones on Ali are genuine, around €40. Shops here charge €80 for them so don't buy them in Ireland.

Make sure you calibrate it when you first pull it out of the box. Will need both a 1kg and 2kg weights to do it properly. They tend to be off
