Coffee suddenly lukewarm from filter machine

Coffee this morning was only lukewarm, first time this has happened, something gone wrong with the machine?

Did you have a root around online or in the manual? Could possibly be you hit some button combination that changes the temp, I know Nespresso machines have this function.
