Just listening to Damien Tiernan this morning. He was interviewing students, residents, members of resident representatives etc. It's incredible this situation has been going on for the bones of about 20 years. What's different now is that because of lockdown students are deciding to stay put in their student accommodation and partying away to the detriment of the locals.
