Eight international peacekeepers, including six Americans, were killed and one American was injured in a helicopter crash in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula on Thursday

    Bidens tweet

    Has Trump made any comment?

Kayleigh McEnany, appearing on Fox with her 2020 campaign hat on, asked today about Biden having access to the intelligence briefings - she referred the question to the White House, where she still works as press secretary but she seems to have forgotten that.

I didn’t think so many people who live In a nation known for its democracy and freedom can abandon its very core beliefs in support of one individual with highly questionable morals amongst other character flaws.

The fact that a genuinely terrible human being who is willing to ignore basic concepts of democracy and free speech could amass that much support doesn't scare you?

    This man:
    1. Fired anyone who dared contradict or speak out againt him.
    2. Designated the press the enemy of the people
    3. Advocated assault on protesters at his rallies.
    4. Called women 'fat pigs' and the famous 'grab em by the you know what line.
    5. Repeatedly lied about his own accomplishments and denied other peoples at the same time.
    6. Pushed and permitted the use of federal troops with no markings to arrest protestors without due process.
    7. Appointed his own family members to key government and security positions.

If I wrote the above list and didnt tell you what country it was you would probably say Russia. And this man, in a democratic country, has developed a cult of personality to the point where millions voted for more of the same. That should terrify people.

Ivanka probably took the phone off him so he couldn't tweet that they were losers for being killed.

It is outrageous and terrifying, especially in the context of a POTUS where you expect a higher standard of personal and professional character.

The problem is that people only have so much tolerance for being terrified. It's a draining emotion. Eventually, they get numb to it, or it just becomes normalised. This has worked to Trump's advantage - he's the same man as he was 4 years ago, but we're so used to his words and actions that they just aren't as shocking. To shock us, he has to do worse stuff, still, and eventually that becomes normalised as well. Down and down the slope we go, until you have posters arguing that, yes, those Antifa protestors must be executed without trial. They just pose too much of a danger...

To be fair, it's scary that such a huge cohort if people are so susceptible to believing lies from a guy who is having a mental crisis because his ego has been bruised.

Make no mistake, if someone more charismatic and dangerous than Trump comes along decades down the line, its worrying how easily these people can be manipulated.

    A "Republican President" attacking Fox.

Holy Shít, we really are Through the Looking Glass.

Its great to see though, right/far right in disarray and turning on each other. Trump needs Fox more than they need him.

Because many of us studied history in school and felt glad that we lived in a time where the hatred and division which led to WWII and the deaths of about 85M people could no longer happen.

And now, we have seen 4 years of Trump being acrimonious, divisive, insulting, racist and xenophobic as well as being completely incompetent in how he handled the covid pandemic and yet 70M people looked at all that and said, yes please, let's have 4 more years of that.

And now, the zealots, such as Bongino, and James Woods, and Tomi Lahren among others are fanning the flames and telling him not to surrender and saying that 'the people won't take this any more'.

We see some such people react to his 'LIBERATE MICHIGAN' tweets by putting a plan in place to kidnap and kill the governor of that state.

So, it's not like there's groups gathering to take over towns, or counties etc, but, we're closer to such a place than we are to where we thought it never could happen in the USA in the 21st century.

Is it me or does she look quite weird in that fox segment. Discoloured face and bloated. Not her normal appearance.

It's premature aging caused by the stress of having to defend the indefensible every time she's on TV. Same thing happened to Kellyanne Conway.

The US is bristling with nukes and and aircraft carriers, it's important for humanity that the US is rock-solid stable.

Trump wouldn't be dumb enough to start slinging the nukes around. Even if he wanted to do it, all you'd have to would be remind him that his casinos could be destroyed in the ensuing exchange, and he'd back right down.

For such a dangerous fascist, he plays a lot of golf.

It just shows how little the US president does.

It shows how little he does.

His level of effort is not a measure of how much work is required to be President.

It's well known that many US presidents do very little when they're in office. George Bush went to bed at 9pm on September 11 and Reagan famously left meetings to sleep. JFK was in pain the whole time or having affairs.

And no idea what Obama did while he was in office, probably not much as well.

Who'd have thought the little donny trump was the most snowflake of all the snowflakes.

If he comes out and sees his shadow, does that mean 6 more weeks of hiding in the white house bunker?

Is he going to fire everyone in Homeland Security now? (apart from the two people that were forced to resign today)

That was covered in the Season Finale on November 4th.

Obama aged a lot for someone who did "not much" in office.

Oh he only goes to the bunker for a yearly inspection.

He has to do it himself because the security people aren't too stong on, eh, security.

I think what Trump needs right now... is a little love. He's the type of guy who will double down on his stance in the face of hate. So Donald,

Did GB sleep in a bunker on 9/11 or was that a myth
