Compression Pipe Tee Size

Hi All, My water is on 1/2" PEX pipe and I have taken a tee off it for washing machine supply. The tee's I am using are 15mm metric which is labelled on the tee nut, eventhough the cardboard label on the tee says Imperial measurement, seems strange, I bought the tee's in Woodies. I wonder is this a error on Woodies side.…

Are 15mm tee's suitable for 1/2" pipe?

A 15mm compression fitting will work on a 1/2 inch pipe, provided you change the olives to imperial ones. The fitting probably is 15mm, but they have changed the olives supplied with it for imperial 1/2 inch pipe.
