No that was by far the most difficult one so far. Thank god i studied the kerins and denis obrien cases.. The question on the fishing was so weird did anyone use natural resources, livelihood and proportionality? i literally was crying while answering this q :)))

I also talked about livelihood and property in like 3 questions so something is defo wrong there hahah

im hoping that because a good majority of us are all in the same boat he won't be so harsh on the marking

I prepared so, so much - but I just couldn't figure out what to write about. Some of my answers are nearly identical to each other!

exact same topic after topic learned and my answers look like I half knew 3 and a few recent cases

yes i made a complete balls of it.

thought it was a nice paper initially then ran out of time and realised the second last question i tried (the one about padraig and jennifer) - he only asked for fair procedures and i talked about liberty and habeus corpus

last exam also and was a disaster!!

Oh God I thought this was in relation to Right to withhold medical treatment as the question mentioned he didn't engage with doctors or something to that effect!

And those 2019 cases...were not even in my manual... :(

Definitely 2 SOP, one non delegation doctrine and the other I said legislature infringing on judicial power? But that was a real shot in the dark to be honest.

Right to earn a livelihood a small part in one of the PQs I think? And then the essay Q?

    Brain is frazzled

At one point I just started explaining to the screen that the exam was really hard. No idea why.

On the plus side, surely he'll have to be generous in the marking if everyone is in the same boat :D

I used non delegation, property and privacy! Although I ran out of time and didnt really get to talk much about property.. I really had to rush the last 2 q's

I copied and pasted a paragraph of my answer to use in a different question about non delegation because I was using all the same cases and had already given up at that stage. Does anyone think I’ll get in trouble for that or should it be g

Ugh I also just realised that i used the wrong case name for one of the privacy cases and it was the most important and relevant one I had.. hahah like what a disaster i think i may just go back to bed now after that

I used the exact same yeah. I feel his questions have so much range in terms of what could be talked about so hopefully he'll take it
