Who do I call first: plumber, electrician, builder?

A flipping disaster met me when I came out of the shower this evening. As I was dressing, I could hear water flowing downstairs. Thinking that I had left a kitchen tap on, I ran downstairs to be met with water coming through my kitchen dim lights from the upstairs bedroom ensuite! Who should I ring first on Monday? (aside from my bank manager )
