Activate new VISA Debit Card in Lockdown?

Hi, Just received this and I'm currently in lockdown (previous card had expired in September). Can't get out except for essential business and am leery of using ATMs anyway (I'd be in at risk category). How to activate sans-ATM? I really need to be able to make purchases on-line. Any help/pointers appreciated.

Unfortunately, the card can only be activated by using it at an ATM.
