    I would LOVE if the Scottish man sues Alan Hughes after that, and Mr. Duffy for not correcting it when confronted on it.

    Well, Duffy got the drama he was looking for and no mistake.
    There was a very quick break earlier and I thought there was a bit of panic in his voice..... Robert E. Kelly must have been snappin on the phone.

    Hughes spent a lot of time earlier in the show making allegations about the Scottish producer and said things along the lines of (and I'm paraphrasing: here, this is not verbatim)
    He's a Scottish producer, he doesn't even live here, he comes over for a few weeks and doesn't pay any Irish taxes or spend his money here the other 12months of the year.
    And he said this or words to that effect a few times. His tone was very disparaging too.

    So the Scot obviously gets calls telling him what Hughes is saying and comes on to refute this and says:
    I produce plays all over Ireland all year round. I pay my taxes in Ireland. Why bring my race into it?

    Hughes then said that he only said that the Scot lived in Scotland, giving the impression he said nothing else. And Mr. Duffy didn't "check" him on this.

    Anudder fact ignored by Mr. Duffy who will likely of course of course claim he wasn't aware of this - nor were the team of producers of course of course. And Mr. Hughes conveniently forgot this fact when presenting his case.
