We should be putting another 20 points on this lot with the subs to come on, but we keep gifting them handy scores. Still think we'll pull away in the last 20 but need to tighten up the defence

Soft try. Easiest 20 points Cardiff will get all season

    Try JackOD

Good pack try, coombes and JOD with carry after carry in the lead up

Craig Casey has just slotted in to professional rugby. He’s such an exciting player to watch.

KOB scores the try his haircut deserves.

Marshall deserves a hat trick for his

Cardiff are usually the whipping boys of the Pro 14 but they’ve improved a lot in the past 12 months. They are a legitimate threat now

Munsters first phase defense has been quite questionable this evening.... Certain guys not really understanding their roles.

Now that is a fecking try. Serious passing skills in the lead up across the board.

That quick shift of the ball from JJH made that and then looped around to finish. Great play.

Was going to give out about our defence but that try was just top class.

Side entry from 19 and he also flopped over it. Unchallenged too.

Jack O'Donoghue , don't be doing that in a normal game but that was class

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators, Regional Midwest Moderators Posts: 24,018 Mod ✭✭✭✭Clareman

This is like a 7s game with 15 players on the pitch

    Superrugby game here.

Good chance for Munster to slow it down but it hasn't been that type of game

I wonder when it comes to 80 minutes if we'll kick it away or go for another try, another try for Cardiff is the difference between 0 and 2 points which come the end of the season could be huge.

It’s a no brainer to kick it out if we have possession

Penalty try there? Combes tackled without the ball

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators, Regional Midwest Moderators Posts: 24,018 Mod ✭✭✭✭Clareman

That's 1 of the most enjoyable halves of rugby I've seen in a long time.

Yeah I'd be very happy to have midweek stuff nowadays, I suppose with no fans traveling to matches its all the one to the players.

Well that was loads of fun for a Monday evening!

Some really encouraging stuff in there (JJ’s try was absolute class) mixed with plenty of mistakes as well. Overall, very happy with that tho!

Munster completely shut Cardiff down after the wonder try. Never looked like getting their try bonus point.

Well Monday night rugby was fun.

    What a pleasant surprise!
    Who replaced van Graan??

Delighted to see Sweetnam back and playing well.
First time I can say that Jack ODonoghue was terrific.
I honestly never really thought he was as good as he played this evening.
