Using whirfloc

I would have a small handful of grain/husk that gets trough to the boil due to poor sieve ing system. Is this a big thing? I put the tablet in at around 5 mins left. I cold crash then. But I put everything into the fermenter then. I do think I'd be missing out on some 'good stuff' (sugar). Should I just decant the worth…

Should I just decant the worth into the fermenter and leave the bottom inch in the boiler??
My beer comes out good anyway.
