    hi,

iv an old 3t mini digger. Metal tracks. One is perfect - never comes off. The other comes off with any false move at all! Whenever it comes off - i put back on and pump up good and tight - but no good - will still fall off again after a while.

Any way of fixing it? Or where would I get a new track for it? Are they expensive?

Could be a damaged leg when it comes off have you examined the leg for cracks in the metal. If theres play in it then all bets are off with the track itself.

The front wheel drum is attached. If theres a crack in the indie of that then the drum will be slightly out and will keep coming off.

The tracks do look old. Are all the idlers on the machine, are the teeth on the drive wheel in good order and are the tracks stretched?

so i could get a new track for it, and still have the same problem?

how much would a new track cost?

the next time it comes off, pull out the idler wheel, and then pull out the cylinder you pump the grease into for tightening. it should just slide out when the track is off.
you might need to give it a good powerwash for it to come out.
It sounds like this cylinder is leaking out the grease and not stayinf tight.

if so you will need to replace seals on this cylinder/ram
