Moving an oil tank - where can you get a fire protection barrier?

I'm moving an oil tank and it's new location is going to be closer to a boundary fence and a shed than the regulations allow so I'll need a barrier. Where can you get them and are they costly? Thanks

i would put a new one rather than move old one

Thanks but even with a new tank I'd still need a barrier.

It's often difficult to adhere to the requirements because you should also allow room for inspection.
