Have an u13 girls soccer team. about 20 girls. From next week pitches mostly closed for winter. So we have 3-4 months where no games.

Have access to a running track that we can get on to twice a week for an hour a time. So what to do when we get there.

Of the 20 girls there is vastly different athletic standards.

What to do for an hour on a track twice a week. Is there a way to get a program we can follow I can do out so we know what we'll be doing for x amount of weeks in a row?

Sounds a great idea, you should try talk to a coach in the local running club, maybe ask if you can attend one of their juvenile sessions to pick up ideas for your own group.

    A session might look like:
    Warm up lap
    Introduction to drills
    Strides, flying 30s/changing gears
    Cool down

YouTube link of a few drills, followed by a session and games at the end.

Games sprinkled throughout, snatch the bacon, flinch, relays, chasing, sticks

I'd use ladder drills and 6inch hurdles, great for agility, like previous post, ask an athletic coach, best of luck
