Hi. Recently had 50mm of internal insulation lined with plasterboard installed. just wondering the best way to hang the curtains back up.
do need to drill back to the concrete or is there other options?
    Thanks.

I hang a piece of 4x1 timber the length of the curtain pole with 100mm frame fixers into the block work then screw the curtain pole onto the timber.

If you do decide to drill through to the concrete, make sure you are clear of the lintel, they are almost impossible to drill into. The timber strip is the alternative, though imo it works better visually with the plastic rail than with poles.

Gripits (and most other plasterboard fixings) don't really work with insulated plasterboard.

4x1 planed timber fixed to the wall and painted the same as the wall.As it's only 50mm slab you can fix directly without the 4x1 using 120mm screws and plugs.
