Contact Eir at weekends

    Any idea what number to use for technical support at weekends for Eir broadband problems .Download speed of actually 1 today .Can be as high as 40 and now the new low of 1.I got them to fix it before on a Sunday on 1901 but thats closed now .Thanks guys

    I don't know where or to whom, but I do know...
    They're probably closed on Sundays too.

    I was recently told by eir to ring a particular section on Saturday to get an issue sorted.

    When I did ring on Saturday I was told that the section was closed on Saturdays.

    Air customer care is simply dreadful.

    Based on many, many, many horror media reports, Eir Customer care closed permanently.

    I sent them a letter. I never got a reply but the issue was dealt with.
    Keep it reasonable, polite, factual, and provide all details, a/c & phone nos etc.

    I addressed the letter to,

    Customer Service
    eircom Limited,

    2022 Bianconi Avenue,
    Citywest Business Campus,
    Dublin 24

    D24 HX03

    If you think you might have to be making a complaint to ComReg then best to register the letter and keep the An Post receipt.
