Dual SIM recommendation

I need a dual SIM. My current phone has been a disaster, and is finally for the bin. I like Android One, so a simple interface is preferred, dual SIM is a must... I'd pick up a Pixel 4a, but it can't take a second SIM card... Budget, less than €400...

Seems shallow, but the blue colour would drive me nuts...

It's not the same as it used to be. They're generally pretty clean now and you can flash them with stock firmware easy enough too if you have a carrier one with some bloat

Have to be honest.samsung and bloatware is about 6 years ago speak. It isn't current. I've no affiliation for Samsung we've had 3 OnePlus in this house two my own. Big fan. But Samsung note at that price is big value and there isn't bloat at all.

All the phones you are listing are only 'alright' and have had xiaomi and redmi in this house. In terms of trickle down these players to have really good stuff at budget but it's not the same finish.

But look it's your money. Do some research. But don't immediately go for cheaper Chinese brands because they came out this year. . New doesn't meant excellent. I've found that out

I'm going to sleep on it, but heavily moving towards the pixel 4a... I know it's not dual SIM, I'll just have to carry a second phone for work...

Simplicity, reliability and headphone jack are the stand out features. I've had a couple of years of white phones and crap customer care... So hoping I have a good experience this time around.

I'm using a Nokia 5 3 dual SIM, got it in Argos a few months ago. Decent phone, lots of memory, large screen, cost me 180 euro

good phone - great camera, stock android with no-fuss updates, it actually has esim capability (meaning you could have dual sim) but Ireland is still in the dark ages still for providing that unfortunately. (even though they work here on the network)
