    I found that video reassuring anyway. Not an engineer but looks like it's all been well thought out to me - would rather that, and the knock ons to size etc that come with it, than getting issues from more superficial design choices - looking like the xbox could be a bit of a toasty feller if reports are true.

    If Sony can keep releasing more info like this at a regular pace it would be nice, was getting worried I'd be buying it sight unseen for a while there.

    As ****ty as that was, and it really was, that shouldn’t be a problem this time as the PS5 doesn’t have boxed bundles like last time. It’s just the base console and you buy everything else separately.

    Retailers make their own bundles. Adding in accessories and a mandatory 3 games or no console rules. It's happened before.

    I was thinking about this. You could completely change the design of the console in horizontal. Having the stand and faceplate printed as one piece.
    It could look like almost anything you wanted.
    Would still be huge though.

    Not true on the xbox just a rumour they wouldn't of been sending tons of them out to be reviewed if that was the case. If it was the case everyone would of been shouting it from the roof top. Looking forward to playing both consoles as fan of both companies. Will look forward in a few years when there is a ps5 slim for sure ha as the ps5 is 1 beast of a machine.

    I remember I bought the PS4 bundled with Killzone from Amazon as its the only one that somewhat interest me. 6 years on and its still in its case unplayed. Poor fella, wonder if I should give him a shot before I upgrade...

    Killzone, i loved the original on ps2 and then the second on ps3, the hellghast lads were sick

    i wouldnt normally be into futuristic shooters like that

    I wanted the one that came with the extra controller and the camera but also ended up with the Killzone bundle.

    It was never a particularly great game (I thinks its fine) but the graphics are still pretty decent. At launch it looked amazing.

    Great game and hearing the sound effects from the controller for the first time was class. I see gamestop have an offer for ps5 plus Cyberpunk ps4 for 540

    True but I suppose if you have it pre ordered when they eventually let you know its not a bad offer if you were getting the game anyhow. Save a few euro on it.

    Weirder still they are making bundles for preorder's while also knowing they haven't near enough consoles to cover all of their pre-order's. Hopefully they'll still give those games out to people on release day.

    Nope, you don't need either. Ps Plus is required of you want to play online with others but some games don't actually need plys for online capability. You also get a couple of 'free' games each month to keep as long as you keep your subscription.

    Ps now is like a netflix of games, ps4, ps3 and i think some 2 games.

    You need neither, but you can get a free trial of both to see if you think they are worth the money.

    My local gamestop still no idea if my preorders for Ps5 and XbSX will get me them on release day. I pre-preordered both about 2 weeks before actual preorders. I am guessing little hope for Ps5 but I thought the xbox was safe until now

    Those are even harder to get. The disc version seems to be easier to get.
