Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

AEG freezer question

04-10-2020 2:45pm#1Have a side-by-side AEG freezer/fridge. The freezer having issues and when the top freezer element is exposed I can see the fins etc but there is what looks like packing Styrofoam sitting on top. When removed I have access to the fan etc (see pics). Should this styrofoam be there? We've been having ongoing defrost issues with this freezer. Hope someone can advise. Thanks.
