Fiona - was dying to get her go at inputting the numbers, first with the rota and then going on a solo. I thought her fake peek created more confusion around Angus than anything. Village lean on the basis that she's TWTBAW

Thats a fair comment Nigel. But I feel thats not a bad thing if we are wrong about Angus.

Pushing back on Orla, makes a good point.

How on earth is that a good point?

In other news. I will most definitely not be voting for Angus this evening

I beg to differ. Youve spend a good few posts trying to say "would a villager do this".

I think you are trying to hard to appear good.

The "neither do I" was in relation to not worrying about my actions

A poster who has said nothing can't give you a read. They should be neutral by default.

You had zero basis besides (hes a low poster) to accuses him.

Senan was a blind luck shot in the dark no matter what way you spin it. 99/100 they don't work.

    Nonsense.

Go into low posters you're working with a far better than 99/100 rate.

If it was a pure shot in the dark then it was a 1 in 19 shot Vern.

Add in the low poster element and those odds only decrease

Of finding an RV trying to stay alive to be useful maybe. So it's either dumb luck or Wolfy fishing.

There is also the fact with Senan being such a low poster - had he checked into the back room at that stage

    Youre wasting your time.

Orla wants to believe she caught a wolf, let the baby have her bottle. We all know reality.

    Hi Gerty

    But Gerty Never did.

A feeling on Emily but nothing solid.

    Re: Emily & Fiona.

    Mechanics discussion

The voice of Jacob first appears.

Interest in Emily & Fiona appears consistent. Interested in Angus survival, but then we all are.

Pushing back on Orla, makes a good point.

    Fluff

    Asking pointed questions.

    Catching up...

    Still suspect on Fiona. Consistent.

    More catching up

This is to Fiona, again pushing a link with Emily.

    More questions for Angus.

Not much to go on. Neutral read so far. The Emily/Fiona link as remained after the brain transplant. Nothing concrete backing it up though, but she is at least being direct. The jacob thing doesnt seem to mean anything apart from fluff.

You had your mind made up before you did this analysis.

My read on those posts is they are not super substantial in conten, but then the sub is probably trying to find their feet. Im going with leaving Gertie alone to see what they do for the day. In the meantime we have a host of other posters with more road under their wheels.

Someone asked me to have a look at Gerty so I did as I had the time. You'll notice I also put them down as a neutral read? I myself am trying to catch up and I've managed to make contributions.

Also just a note. There were a few judgement calls made. For example if there was no quote but the post was clearly directed at someone then I included it.

There was only a handful of them

@Patrick, you okay to input the numbers?

Right so, Jacob has given me some fre time to answer a few things:

First, why Emily as a vote last night.
    Emily WW wrote: »
Yeah no offence, if you've nothing to lose then grand but id rather you don't go first particularly as you generated the list of people who pick
    Emily WW wrote: »
Mildly wolfy suggestion here, id say have two or three people on to beat her if required but if loads of us enter we are effectively locking out multiple people. Potential disaster later

Posts like the above in the early part of yesterday interest me because they're sort of shady without pushing anything too hard

    then you've stuff like this:
    Emily WW wrote: »
100%, im off the board for 4 phases anyway, Angus stinks

The Angus wagon felt pretty convenient yesterday - not saying Angus can't be a wolf but the momentum was scary how fast it built. Posts like the above try to push that wagon, but again, not too hard... At a minimum I'd be seeing one (and only one) wolf in Emily and Angus

Now Id like to talk about Fiona a bit

Fiona is interested in me but tbh it feels a bit of a contrived one - hit on a low poster, fine a reason, stick there. Theres lots of posters active on thread but...
    Fiona WW wrote: »
Conor, whats your thoughts on Gerty. Shes my top pick thus far today?

Not pushing tooo hard mind, just enough to put things in peoples minds. For example
    Fiona WW wrote: »
    Orla waiting for Gertrude's explanation:

    giphy.gif

Just keeps it there without implicating Fiona when it doesnt work out-very subtle

What interests me in Fiona and Emily is they seem to be very close though - happy to speak up in favour of each other shall we say. It could be they just have strong village leans on each other biut its unsettling. I'm just not sure if the dynamic has a pocketted villager in there yet. Possibly the detective posts could hint at a clue though.

Lets finally touch on one really obvious thing:
    Fiona WW wrote: »
Vote in as a placeholder for Gerty.

Her vote last night seemed off. Popping in outta no where to vote for Emily here are her reasons last night.

Very thin if you ask me. Seems like a common throw away vote by a wolf looking to vote anywhere.

So this morning I ask her, what her reasons were:

Here she tries to deflect. Im curious as to her reasons. Like I can explain my reasons for voting Angus, She says Emily is wolfy....OK then, show me where?

My vote stands on her until she further explains

    Opening Day fluff

Gonna have to disagree with you Frank, if there was an SK in this game I'd have Mary nailed on to it. Says nothing controversial, lots of fluff. Asks questions that don't seem to help or lead anywhere useful. Even when Phil poked at her it was played off as a joke. Will have a look elsewhere as well but she doesnt feel right to me.

Afternoon, thanks Vernon for the ISO, I agree with you on some points but not on others. You have some queries down as fluff and as they are out of context here I think you misinterpreted them as fluff when they were questions. But overall not bad bar your surmation that I am SK. You also left out my comment I made while naked which was a definite assertion that I had volunteered to push the button.

I am wondering why you are trying to pin a role that is not in the game on me. Do you have an angle? Should we be wondering did you deserve the 2 prize vote? Are you going for an easy target to look like you are being village? Afterall your assumption is most of my posts are fluff but yet you target me with SK.

    Sly move. Wolfy in fact

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 1,399 ✭✭✭Oisin WW

    Gerty how are you?

That Fiona point may be obvious but I doubt a wolf would make a mistake that is so easily verified. I would think that Fiona missed Necros post.

Similarly this Jacob thing is very unusual. I don't see a wolf doing something so bizarre to attract that much attention

So blame the person who was before you?

Whether it was you or the person controlling the Gerty account before you, the post accusing Emily came from your account.

I wasnt aware exactly when your account became yours from the previous occupant.
