Glow worm boiler F28 fault

F28 fault keeps coming up on new glow worm boiler. It will be grand for a few hours and then will stop and the f28 fault comes up. Anyone have any idea what is causing it? Thanks

Its an ignition failure, get your installer back, appliance will also still be under warranty
