Myles Dungan will be fuming, he's RTE's History guy, although he's been stuck at period of 1916-1922 for what seem the last 10 years

I know dat. I keep missing it, much to my chagrin. I hear tail-ends and snippets of the week-by-week shenanigans and must get the podcasts.

    You mean collusion?
You should watch unquiet graves, eye opening to say the least. Large amounts of the RUC were being controlled by the british army, including providing them with guns to kill catholics in a lot of cases for simply being catholic.
The internment thing was also a disgrace.

I have only very recently found out my dad was interned in the 70s. He was taken off a building site, locked up for months. When he went back to the site he was spat at and forced off it.
My father was not and never was in the IRA.

History is nothing more than a fictional version of real events.

I'd take the caller over Mr. Duffy. At least there wouldn't be as much overspill into my seat so to speak as they say.

Whoever is responsible for the sound balance should have a kick up the hole. The bass response is too much and gives his breathiness and snorting, snuffling a weird speaker-rattling quality.
Like a giant earthworm burrowing through the cemetary.
