We're all in this together kinda stuff? Okie dokie.

I don't know, I guessed. Nothing stopping anyone paying privately if they can afford it.

Mine was public by the way.

He’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. What do you want? Do you even know? Or are you just having a pop at the government, no matter who is in power, just for the sake of it?

Are you running protection for the government Maryanne? :)

I will ask a question if I have one and make no apology for it.

Reminds me of this poor lads post.
Now the FF/FG mob are telling me not to go for pints but actual FF/FG are telling me to go for pints. And they say its the opposition causing confusion?

There's apparently a very thin line between being subservient, and being anti establishment now it would seem.

Man posts his intention of having a beer in a govt approved setting, in a controlled environment, and he's seemingly now careless, thoughtless and worse than Hitler.

Blanch prob only jealous the non dubs can go for a jar without having to order the virus repelling chicken wings or nachos.

    Pay no heed Mr dundlak.

We Dubs have our love of the Queen to see us through ;)

Stephen Donnelly's received his test results, negative apparently.

Great news, glad he's clear, and thankfully he didn't have to wait for days on end for the results like the rest of us plebs.

I'm glad all is OK for him.

Another negative, is this lad capable of anything positive? :D.

Maybe some anger management to help you control it? Even if you count to ten?

Sometimes I think deep down they realise magic money trees don’t exist, Brendan.

Seems like the magic money tree sprouted more branches this evening Johnny. Yourself and Brendan must be upset.

Borrowing between €30 and €40 billion this year to fund things like that. Which has to be paid back as money trees don’t exist. We pay that back through taxes that we will gather from future generations.

According to the GP on The Tonight Show, they are struggling to get Flu Vaccines

Stated Govt telling everyone to get one but there won't be enough with what they have been able to get so far.

The Dubs will be travelling down the country this weekend I reckon. Before Level 2.5 becomes Level 3. Are the wet pubs in Dublin on Level 5 now?

Same goes for all the advisors? Do you think we're getting our moneys worth, based on the shenanigans of government? Are they not following the advice I wonder?

I've a feeling with all the you can't see our pensions etc, that both FF and FG are scared ****less of what would be uncovered if neither had power

    Imagine what would be uncovered

They seem to have a steady supply, I know of four people who have booked online and got the jab in the last week or so.

Some Labour guy, getting new one ripped out for himself by Dobbo on MI.

    Let’s see who he is.

    Duncan Smith....floundering badly.

Well they all have excuses now obviously.
The next few years will be just trying to rebuild an economy hopefully and getting over the covid shock.
With a 20 to 30 billion deficit after this year I can't see it becoming house build heaven for a few years no matter whose in.

....and you'd be wondering why so many people, particularly younger folks are voting for more radical parties! When will conservatives ever give up on all this deficit crap! Once again, growing public debt has historically caused far less problems than growing private debt, as we have once again been made aware of! By not taking on this public debt, it forces the money supply out to the only place it can go, the private sector, once again, causing a rise in private debt! There's nothing stopping the government from refinancing our public debts, using the current rates, and ploughing on, we need to grow our way out of this, via this mechanism, or potentially face shrinking our way into it by not expanding the deficit!

Very little been said for the protocol in the Dáil yesterday, if someone is awaiting a test the Govt **** themselves and try shut down the Dáil.

If they don't have any procedures in place in there, how in name of God can they expect the public to have confidence.

Pascal on Newstalk now saying they need to communicate better going forward as it hasn't been good enough.

I thought they told us yesterday it was a clear message?

Perfectly clear to me and people who understand the big picture.

As was proven by the print media this morning.....blaring headlines...”shambles...chaos...confusion”.

That of course was to create sales attract the grunts while the editorial comment inside were much more muted and realistic.

Paschal gave a stellar performance as usual.

Duncan tried the ‘dont understand’ tactic and got badly mauled.

    Serious situations demand serious people.

Good to know you're up to date on the big picture. Can I ask so what plans on testing and contact tracing were released yesterday?
