    Can anyone recommend an online casino that is most likely not rigged? Especially if anyone can vouch for one with a roulette wheel that is most likely not rigged. Also one that pays out winnings fairly quickly .thanks in advance!

    Frankly, would not recommend ANY online casino/livecasino/bingo/slots/games/poker/virtual/esports/fantasy/vegas or other type of 'non-real world' virtual type scenario.

    You should try to understand and realise these are all virtual type events, based on RNGs and subject to elevated risks and corruption, fixed (hard-set) ROI% {over time}, and other 'glitches'.
    Lottos are slightly different, in that they are mostly based on actual physical balls being drawn from actual real-world, state-based lottery events and independently supervised.

    Only use an online casino that is connected to a large bookmaker, at least then you will know the spins are (should be) legit.
    Be careful of sign up bonuses though, some of them are 35x stake to be rolled over in 7 days before you can withdraw.
    So if it's a 100% bonus and you lodge €50, you will have to roll over any winnings up to €1,750 before you can withdraw it which won't be easy especially in a week.
    Most people end up losing any winnings while trying to roll them over in that short period of time.

    Probably worth pointing out as well OP that any game of roulette, whether online or in the real-world is not beatable in the long-run. The standard payout structure has been designed in such a way so as to pay you slightly less when you win, then by the laws of probability, what you should be getting paid.

    For example, on a Roulette wheel with a single 0 and the numbers 1-36 the odds of you correctly guessing the number that the ball will land on are 36/1. The standard payout though is 35/1. That might seem like a tiny difference but it makes all the difference and makes the game impossible to win at in the long run.

    Online casinos don't need to rig the game via any nefarious electronic means. The game is already rigged in their favour.

    He said it was better crack but when I told him they were paying away more margin with a 00, he didn't seem to care.

    Another interesting thing that both B&M casinos and online casinos do is show you a list of the last 10 or so numbers that have come up. This is of course meaningless information since each spin is independent of all other spins but humans are notorious for seeing patterns where none exist.

    There is of course the Law of Large Numbers. One caveat however is that it's really only applicable to large groupsets (not the last 10) and importantly only for real-world events (not dodgy RNGs with closed-source gliches, curious scripts, or even machine based hardware artifacts, also hard-set to <80% ROI pre generation).
