Probably should’ve thought about which deflection tactic to go with before posting. It was a quick change from ‘what’s wrong with laughing gas?’ to ‘oh my god can’t believe fans of the champions would quote a source that they didn’t know quoted the sun’

Amazing what a bit of research into an article does(after reading the headline). Continue to post articles from the English rags if it makes you feel superior.

Yes there is nothing wrong with laughing gas.

Oh this is just as much of a car crash as the transfer thread.

Can tell the season is back anyway.

That’s 100% not a few weeks ago. Mason bulked up a lot over lockdown and shaved his head then too. He literally looks about 15 in that picture.

The new soccer Saturday line up is awful. Dull, boring and monotone pundits.

Paddy power done a great sketch with the sacked lads if ya haven't seen it.

The sad reality is that if the SSN report was posted in here by a neutral & it was about a neutral player then nobody would have batted an eye lid.

However, I'm a Liverpool supporter & I posted something about a Man United player & it was like a red rag to a bull for some.

Hence the current atmosphere in here :pac:

I would have. I batted my eyelids & threw my eyes to heaven, with no idea who you support. Such a non story.

I don't care who it was, you only posted it because it was a United player so don't be getting all moral.

I'd rather not read gossip from the Sun in here so post away but don't be moaning when someone calls you out on it.

So rather than not read it and ignore it, you proceeded to talk about it. Makes sense.

God almighty, tuned into the West Brom/Leicester game and Tim Cahill nearly in tears on about education & Tutankhamun.

I can't keep my mouth shut when I read that type of rubbish in here.

    Did I?

Would you mind telling me the lotto numbers as well please?

    Nor was I;

    '?????

The first I heard of it was on Sky Sports News this morning.

Then I saw it on Sky Sports News Official Twitter Page, which is what I initially linked in my OP.'

I've had to say this about 6 times for you now RasTa :pac:

The video is 2 years old btw, It's not like the Sun to reach the bottom of the barrel or most of the English media these days.

And no matter when it's from who cares. It's not criminal and won't affect his performance any more than 20 cans would

The 3 promoted teams lose on the opening weekend.

Playing Liverpool, Leicester and Arsenal so they could have had easier starts.

Total goals conceded 10 (four penalties which indicates naive defending), total goals scored 3 and all of them by Leeds. Leeds should be fine but the other two are 80% plus go straight back down.

I've only been half watching a few game but the Leeds actually looked the best team I've seen so far. Was quite impressed with them.

Think they'll struggle against the big hitters. But will be fine over the season

I will accept your apology at the end of the season in the form of an interpretive dance.

Yeah you have lifted their article from SSN, it's still a Sun article. It's also them claiming it's from a "few" weeks ago.

It's hardly a few weeks ago if they are historical. Again surprised you are going with The Sun being a Liverpool fan.

    Maybe do some more research.

    LOL

that last action of the half sums up this game, was also hilarious. everton sideways backwards non stop, mostly nothing in the final 3rd, and spurs failing to counter correctly majority of the time, feel this everton team is gonna be hammered on the counter all year.

I could actually see the opposite happening. Leeds might take a fair chunk of points from the top sides who’ll come out and attack them, and struggle to break down the low block of the less flashy teams like Palace, Burnley and West Brom.

They’ll be fine anyway, could see them hanging around the PL for a long spell now, much like Wolves after they came up. The league is better for it too, great to have them back and Bielsa managing them only makes them even more interesting.
