Buying a laptop budget €500-€600

Howdy, The uncle has asked me to source him a laptop, he just uses it for general internet and word usage and watching Netflix. Budget is €500 - €600 and the only thing he has asked is minimum 8GB RAM and 256SSD HDD and has to be Windows, even screen resolution doesn't need to be great as he's eyesight isn't fantastic…

I'm basically just looking for the best bang for his buck, out of the game a long time so looking for recommendations.

I think you would get a better response if this had been posted in the laptops section.

The Huawei/Honor has got a lot of love and seems to be serious bang for the buck

This was on a special at £449 2 weeks ago then went back to £499 yesterday and now is up at £549 !!!
I can only surmise it back to college so lets gouge a few extra quid out of Mum and Dad for little Johnnies laptop
Keep an eye on the site and amazon the price changes daily !
