Hi, How much does it cost to lay a 20 Squared Metre rubber flat roof over rear extension in a terrace house in Dublin City centre? Work to be included in the costing: - remove existing roof - build and install all the necessary materials, membrane, insulation, rubber etc? Thanks

Hi,

Not a clue on the cost but is it 40 metres squared or 40 square metres.
