Tap and tails

    Morning, I bought a new sonas mixer tap with flexible tails, its really impossible to get a spanner, grips, longnose to tighten the tap end.
    Would I be right in thinking that these are just ment to be hand tight or is there a specific tool for them.

    Yes the flexis are meant to be hand tight,hand tight and then a nip is enough for them.

    Would it be easier to tighten them into the tap before putting the tap in situ.

    Just to update, I screwed them in hand tight and maybe got a nip using a long nose pliers as they are far down the tap body, the main thing is that they are not leaking....so far! Fingers crossed.
