Vodafone X PAYG - Unlimited?

Just wondering how Unlimited this plan really is? Customer rep advises me it's truly unlimited, but I find it hard to believe there's no FUP or throttling if you go over a certain limit?

Haven't seen any complaints from anyone about reaching a limit or cut off point...nor has anyone mentioned any specific speed issues that they weren't already having before the plan went unlimited.

This poster used 220GB without any problems...
