Samsung Galaxy Xcover4 - saving and storing videos, etc?

My wife has a Samsung Galaxy Xcover4.

What is the best way to take the contents of the phone and save it on a computer?

I guess I’m looking for their equivalent of iTunes, which I use.

You're just looking for photos and videos? You can connect the phone to a PC, browse the contents of the phone and then copy across.

Another option is to save them all to a cloud service such as Google Photos/OneDrive/Dropbox etc.

You mean connect to a PC via the charging cable's USB point?

But, is there no equivalent of iTunes?

Dropbox at 2Gb too small for videos, I think.

No, there's no equivalent of iTunes. It's such an old clunky program, I didn't even know people still used it.

As mentioned above, you can just connect to a PC via the USB cable and browse the phone contents.

If you're only talking about photos and videos taken on the phone, then install Google photos and choose free unlimited storage. This is the most logical way to back up stuff from your camera, and if you really want them to be stored on your PC as well, you can download them to your PC from photos.google.com once they're uploaded.

No idea. If it concerns you, don't share any incriminating photos via Google photos....
