perhaps you could start by showing them that there is no website called TheJournals.ie

If they can't tell that's a scam, they've got bigger issues than being suckered into that.

Maybe show her that no matter what you click at, it won't lead anywhere (click on the Journals.ie logo, which would normally bring you on the homepage, nothing happens. Same for the categories under the logo - News, Fashion, Celebrities, etc. The link is dead.). Also a quick google shows that Dobson hasn't been on the Late Late since December 2018, that should be an easy one to prove.

The web address might also convince her - if you go to smoothysound.com, it seems to be a website dedicated to healthy eating.

Finally, this celebrity bitcoin scam has been going around and there were articles about it: https://www.which.co.uk/news/2019/11/beware-this-celebrity-bitcoin-scam/

    Hope that helps :)

She's confused and doesn't understand what she's talking about. She's picking up on snippets of details she's heard someone else say about bitcoin and relating it to this, because bitcoin is referenced here. All that's going to happen is, she'll lose out on money.

Also, the weather is wrong on the link... It's 15degrees and raining, not 5 degrees and sunny..

The Late Late Show hasn't been on since whenever it finishes for the summer, does your relative think Brian Dobson was on it last week, as the 'article' states? That should be easy enough to prove to them.

    About Eating Slowly

    August 10, 2020

The advantages of moderate eating incorporate better processing, better hydration, simpler weight reduction or support, and more noteworthy fulfillment with our dinners. In the interim, eating rapidly prompts helpless absorption, expanded weight increase, and lower fulfillment. The message is clear: Slow down your eating and appreciate improved wellbeing and prosperity.

    ++

At the point when you eat gradually, you digest better. You lose or keep up weight all the more without any problem. However you additionally feel more happy with every feast.

On the other hand, on the off chance that you surge your suppers, your assimilation endures. Dinners are unpleasant. Furthermore, it may appear as though every feast is over too early, which frequently makes you need to eat more. Or then again you "overshoot the runway", completing the feast before your regular satiety signals kick in, and winding up out of nowhere — awkwardly — overstuffed.

It's straightforward: Slow down your eating and appreciate improved wellbeing and prosperity.

    The estimation of moderate food

We're a surged, occupied, and too-bustling society. A great many people in North America eat quick. Truly quick. We infrequently set aside the effort to appreciate our food… or once in a while even to bite it appropriately.

We surge our food regardless of what our identity is. Regardless of whether you're a sustenance mentor with a Master's qualification in nourishment and numerous extra sustenance accreditations. Like me.

For a considerable length of time, I needed to put on weight. Eating immediately helped me do that. Scooping down the food implied that I could sneak in a great deal of additional calories before my stomach acknowledged what was happening.

Be that as it may, presently I'm more established and basically attempting to keep up my weight. I need to figure out how to eat all the more gradually once more. It's not in every case simple. Be that as it may, my better half and my waistline both welcome it when I do.

Also, as I counsel my customers, figuring out how to eat all the more gradually is one of the easiest yet most impressive things you can do to improve your general wellbeing.

About 100,000 wellbeing and wellness experts ensured

Set aside to 30% on the business' top nourishment training program

Get a more profound comprehension of nourishment, the power to mentor it, and the capacity to transform that information into a flourishing training practice.

    Why eat gradually?

    Detecting fulfillment

One of the most significant advantages of eating gradually is that it gives your body time to perceive that you're full.

It takes around a little ways from the beginning of a feast for the cerebrum to convey signs of satiety. A great many people's suppers don't keep going that long!

Envision the additional calories you could ingest basically in light of the fact that you didn't permit your body time to enroll that it not, at this point required food. Presently envision the impact of those additional calories on your weight.

Eating gradually additionally causes us feel more fulfilled — which is not quite the same as simply being "full".

At the point when you delayed down, relish a supper, focus on tastes and surfaces, and value each careful chomp, you leave the table inclination great in your spirit… regardless of whether all you ate was a baloney sandwich.

    For additional on this, see:

    About Appetite Regulation 1

    About Appetite Regulation 2

    Improved assimilation

Eating gradually likewise helps our absorption.

Consider absorption a chain response. When we see, smell, or consider food (stage 1), we begin salivating to get ready for placing that food in our mouth (stage 2). Spit contains catalysts that separate the food, and soaks the mouth for simpler gulping.

In the interim, stomach related stages 3, 4, 5 and so forth need to prepare to go to work. Our stomachs begin to emit more corrosive. Our small digestive system begins to prepare for some peristalsis. Etc.

In the event that we surge this procedure, we power our GI plot to manage stuff before it's completely arranged. Amazements are incredible on birthday celebrations, not very good during absorption.

At the University of Rhode Island, specialists analyzed how eating speed influenced the beginning phases of stomach related handling by watching 60 youthful grown-ups eat a feast.

Slow eaters expended 2 ounces of food for every moment.

Medium-speed eaters expended 2.5 ounces of food every moment.

Quick eaters expended 3.1 ounces every moment. They likewise took bigger chomps and bit less before gulping.

This implies not exclusively are quick eaters putting more food down in a given measure of time, that food isn't too handled. Food is basically arriving in quick eaters' stomachs in huge knots.

Assimilation begins in the mouth, so huge chomps that are deficiently bitten will be more hard for your stomach to transform into chyme – the fluid blend of somewhat processed food, hydrochloric corrosive, stomach related compounds, and water that goes through the pyloric valve on its approach to disposal.

Food that isn't appropriately separated into chyme can prompt acid reflux and other potential GI issues. What's more, who needs that?

    Littler parts – easily

The vast majority of the exploration on this point recommends that eating gradually causes you to eat less. That is particularly valuable data in case you're attempting to lose or look after weight.

In another University of Rhode Island study, specialists served lunch on two unique events to 30 ordinary weight ladies. The supper in the two cases comprised of a tremendous plate of pasta with a tomato-vegetable sauce and some Parmesan cheddar, alongside a glass of water.

At each visit, analysts educated the ladies to eat to the point of agreeable totality. Be that as it may, during one visit, they likewise instructed them to eat as fast as could reasonably be expected, while on the other visit, members were approached to eat gradually and to put down their utensils between chomps.

At the point when the analysts thought about the distinction in food utilization between the immediately had lunch and the gradually had lunch, here is the thing that they found:

When eating rapidly the ladies expended 646 calories shortly.

When eating gradually the ladies expended 579 calories shortly.

That is 67 less calories in 20 additional minutes!

On the off chance that you extrapolate that to three dinners for every day, you can perceive how… erm… rapidly… those additional calories could include.

Furthermore, here's another fascinating turn: When the ladies had their lunch rapidly, they announced more craving an hour later than they did after their gradually had lunch.

So not exclusively did eating rapidly prompt more prominent food utilization, it really fulfilled the ladies less! On the other hand, obviously, slow eating implied less food yet more dependable fulfillment.

    Exactness Nutrition-Eat-Slowly

    Better hydration

Great hydration keeps up the equalization of our body's liquids, empowers muscles, enables our kidneys and entrails to work all the more effectively, and improves the presence of the skin. Furthermore, one side advantage of eating gradually is that it appears to expand water utilization during suppers.

Truth be told, that equivalent University of Rhode Island study analyzed the measure of water that the members drank. At the point when they ate gradually, the ladies drank 409 mL (around 14 oz) of water. At the point when they ate rapidly, they drank just 289 mL (9.7 oz) of water!

Results like that have some of the time drove researchers to think about whether drinking more water is the thing that encourages individuals to feel fulfilled for more.

So the University of Rhode Island specialists put this hypothesis under serious scrutiny. (At this point you've most likely seen that URI is truly into this moderate eating research.) In a variety of their noon study, they controlled water admission with the goal that members drank a similar measure of water at each sitting.

In this adaptation of the test, regardless of whether they ate gradually or rapidly, the ladies expended around a similar measure of food. Furthermore, toward the finish of their dinners, they likewise gave a comparative hunger rating.

Be that as it may, an hour after the supper, those who'd eaten gradually revealed less appetite and a lower want to eat, with more noteworthy degrees of satiety.

Specialists presumed that drinking more water may be critical to helping us eat less during a feast.

Be that as it may, eating gradually appears to diminish craving and lead to more elevated levels of satiety between suppers.

Takeaway – eat gradually, drink more water, devour less food, and feel more fulfilled! All-around win!

Is eating rapidly actually so terrible?

Eating gradually may not be an ideal panacea for weight reduction, however it will unquestionably assist you with partition control and more prominent sentiments of satiety.

In the interim, the exploration on eating rapidly is truly consistent: Eating rapidly advances weight increase and causes you to feel wild of your dietary patterns.

    Weight gain

Both huge scope populace studies and exploration on littler gatherings, (for example, firemen) who constantly eat rapidly agree: Fast eaters put on more weight after some time than moderate eaters.

On the off chance that weight reduction or upkeep is your objective, slow down.

    Scattered eating and eating speed

On the off chance that you've at any point encountered a gorge scene, you'll know the inclination — a ground-breaking desire to get the food in there as quick as could reasonably be expected. Examination shows that one of the signs of pigging out is fast eating speed.

Individuals who experience the ill effects of enthusiastic eating frequently feel crazy of their eating conduct. After a gorge or scene of over-eating, they feel remorseful, embarrassed, and remorseful.

Fortunately you can regularly crash a gorge or over-eating scene — and assist yourself with getting back in the driver's seat — just by easing back down.

Truth be told, this is a procedure we use in our instructing program: When you're in the hold of a gorge or an over-eating scene that feels overpowering, simply attempt to back off when you understand what's going on.

You probably won't feel ready to quit destroying right, and that is OK. Be that as it may, a great many people can back themselves off, in any event, when the gorge evil presences are crying.

It's similar to having somebody call your name when you're out to lunch and snap you out your fantasy. This straightforward "gorge gradually" methodology can regularly move your consideration, re-center you, and assist you with recovering a feeling of control.

    Ends

The majority of us lead furious, relentless carries on with, so it's justifiable that we may attempt to surge our dinners. Be that as it may, eating rapidly offers us no courtesies.

At the point when we gobble excessively fast we wind up eating more than we need, wh

It’s quite easy to scam people on Facebook. There’s an ad for a baby shark toy that keeps popping up on mine under numerous accounts. The shark is so obviously CGI yet there’s hundreds of comments on the posts asking to buy it and hundreds more asking where their shark is.
If it was real and could do what it does it would have a million electronic and mechanical parts and would cost a lot more than the $20 they’re looking for it :pac:

Dunno. I'm using chrome with ABP.

When I view the source code, all I see is the content of the blog post.

Just opened it in Opera, the blog post blinks for a second then it loads the bitcoin article.

Maybe it will help if you point out the reference to "National Ireland Bank".

Also, you can show your relative this article:

It showed a picture of Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo being interviewed by Jonathan Ross, seemingly about bitcoin.
The photograph was genuine but the conversation between the TV host and the footballer never discussed investment.
However, the fake article described how the world-renowned footballer wanted to “open the gates to wealth to all his fans in the UK”.
It said Ronaldo had created an investment opportunity to create millionaires but “you have to act fast. The spots for applying are limited.”

Fraudsters exploited the celebrity status of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo as part of the scam

One more thing, UTV Ireland closed down several years ago.

I am getting this display on the original link:
"SPECIAL REPORT: Bryan Dobson's Latest Investment Has The Government And Big Banks Terrified
Irish citizens are already raking in millions of Euros from home using this "wealth loophole" - but is it legitimate?
