Hi,
I was wondering that If I have 0 euros in my account, my account will be in debt?
And
When I close my account, how much should I for that?
Thank you.

Hi Seryeong Lee,

Thanks for your getting in touch with us here.

If your balance is 0 this would not mean you are in debt.

If your address and contact phone number are correct on the account you can apply to close it online using the attached link. Please ensure to bring the account to a zero balance to enable the account closure to be completed. You can transfer funds using 365 Online or withdrawal at an ATM/Branch.

If your address and/or contact number has changed you can call us on 0818365365 or 0035314044000 to have your address updated. Alternatively, you can send a letter of request to your branch to have the account closed. The letter should include a copy of your passport and your contact number.
