It's their first kit. Will give them a pass, personally think it's poor but I'm too old to give a sh*it. Kids will love it. Why the white stripes down the side. Nasty...but if the away one is the one that has been leaked...thats a whole new level of awful lol!!

I've thought for a long while this only works on the weak willed and soft minded. This first occurred to me in the cinema watching the first Batman, wearing a batman t-shirt.

The western union deal had ended. Weird that we didn't have another sleeve sponsor ready to go. It seems you can buy the shirt with two champions patches on it according to LFC customer help on twitter. Be nice to get the 6 times UEFA badge, gold prem badge and Club world cup badge on the same shirt!

Enjoyed the video but I think the NB jersey we’re coming out of is better. That being said, the NB jersey we’re coming out of is a title winning shirt that will be replicated forevermore.

Interested to see the full range of Nike gear, they can slap the crest on some pretty good stuff that you’d be wearing anyway from them.

Is just the jersey available or any of the training/leisure gear up yet?

Nike have a line called Tech Fleece that they do versions of for football clubs and I'm hoping we get some good pieces out of that.

I’d hold of and wait. Might be able to add the community shield badge next month.

And what about the ‘first of you don’t include City’ badge for last season? Can we add that or was that only a once off?

We'll have to remove the reference to St. Patrick from the crest when it is unacceptable to banish snakes from an island.

Looking at some of their other kits, the Barcelona kit is identical at the neck.

The teal is a reference to the colour of the liver bird on the liver building.

Awful looking jersey . White stripe down the sides, wrong shade of red, don't like the jagged collar, teal and white too over bearing....I won't go on and on but its a no from me Bob .

it's frustrating that I've seen plenty of concept, leaked, etc... (whatever you want to call them) jerseys in the last few months all nicer than the final product.

I thought the likes of Nike 'leak' these things to gauge the reaction of fans & go from there.

If so then maybe I'm in the minority.

The home one is grand, it's nothing great but it's OK, same with the GK one. Although last year's GK one was nicer & the 18/19 home nicer again.

As for the 2nd & 3rd kit, not my cup of tea at all.

Anyway I've all 4 from last year so they'll do for now, still hoping this tracksuit is legit mind, the top is class!

A lot of the fan versions are better than the actual jersey that ends up being released.

The Nike jersey is fairly meh. They were never going to top new balance who’ve been on a good run of beautiful home kits since the season before the 125 anniversary kit. We all expected something bland and middle of the road and it’s what we got. I actually think an Adidas run of the mill template would be better than a Nike one but there’s obviously a lot of people who like it judging by the queue and if it benefits the club so be it.

That whole portion of the crest is a reproduction of the top of the Shankly Gates. It’s the St Andrews Cross (scottish flag), and thistle.
