Has anyone had this done? Im thinking of going for a few treatments, mostly to treat fine lines, uneven skin and large pores, I also read that its very good for adding contour to the face.
Before getting it done id love to hear of other peoples experiences? It doesnt seem to be that common so not sure if ill get many replies here but would love to hear any input regardless.
    Thanks.

I havent had it done but there is a MUA I follow who has and her results look interesting. Not sure if we are allowed to mention names like that here so if you want I can pm you her insta handle? She has the details as a highlight on her profile.

Thanks I asked about it and was told that it's mostly just for very dehydrated skin and I would get better results with Microneedling so I went for this instead and have to say, I was very happy with the results, have a few more treatments spaced 6 weeks apart but I noticed a difference from the first treatment, felt my skin was much tighter and it makes my makeup looked great.

    What is microneedling, Airyfairy?

Its a treatment that stimulates collagen and elastin, not sure if you heard of dermarolling? Its similar but goes deeper into the layers of the skin, creates micro damage in the lower layers that heal over the course of a month. During this healing the skin produces collagen, pores shrink, it tightens and plumps up the skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps your skin care products reach deeper layers of the skin helping them to work better.
It's also really good for people with acne scarring and stretch marks, when the skin heals and rejuvenates, it permanently reduces them.

After the treatment your face is very red and a bit swollen but lots of clinics put a mask on you after the treatment that gets rid of the redness. Theres no down time after it, I went home after the treatment and nobody noticed I had anything done and I have very sensitive skin.
    Id really recommend it.

I thought this was primarily used for reducing fat, basically.

    Like double chins etc?

    "Lipolysis".

Some facebook groups post before/after pics of this regularly, seems to work well.

As for fine lines, is that not more botox?

Unless lines are a product of kind of skin-folding with additional fat deposits.

    I'm open to correction.

I think youre thinking of a different treatment, it can tighten skin on the neck n under the chin but has no effect on fat.

Lots of treatments and injectables are used for wrinkles, not just Botox.
Microneedling helps the skin to produce collagen, Botox freezes muscles that create facial movement wrinkles like crows feet or forehead lines.

Not sure where youre going with skin folding and fat deposits?

"Mesotherapy injections allegedly target adipose fat cells, apparently by inducing lipolysis

68.2% showed a response by measurement of the fat deposit."

Facebook before/after pics typically show treatment of excess fat around the stomach/under chin etc.

I may well be wrong of course but that was the impression I was under.

I might be thinking of lipolax actually,

But mesotherapy may technically encapsulate lipolax fat dissolver.

It seems to be a mix of HA, plant extracts + gnarly ingredients.

Could you send that to me also actually? Cheers.

I've become pretty curious as to effectiveness of this.

Peptides, HA, retinol and Vit C, and "Salmon DNA", supposedly the secret ingredient.

Vids are from an Irish clinic no less.

This one is interdasting as, claims it can stimulate hair growth.

Apparently a "soft scalp" is key to ensuring good hair maintenance.

I don't have genetic hair loss, but am paranoid to f**k about thinning.

    Claims it has benefits there.
All the ingredients typically associated with topical skin health.

As to fine-lines/skin-tightening, lipolax based "fat dissolvers" seem to fall under the heading "meso", think that's where I was mixing them up.

Mesotherapy is a really well-working procedure in order to prolong the youthfulness of the skin, make it more elastic and correct the contour of the face, which, unfortunately, can lose clear lines with age. But before looking for beauty salon or aesthetic medicine center, I advise you to learn more about mesotherapy products. If you read reviews on the Internet about different brands, you can choose the product that is more effective, high quality and safe for health. I often found information about this here. It seems to me that what kind of treatment you get depends on what kind of remedies is used in different clinics. I think that this isn't the cheapest service in every beauty salon and therefore it's worth choosing the best option if you really want to eliminate some aesthetic problems.

Lots of information sites but difficult to know what information to take seriously sometimes, though good recommendations are always.... you know, good.

Mesotherapy does kill fat cells. It also tightens skin.'Allegedly'.

The above is what they claim. I have no experience with it though.

As far as I know mesotherapy is a name for a variety of diff things they can inject into the skin and most doctors come up with their own.

SOME mesotherapy makes you lose fat cells ..some does not. It depends on the concoction. Basically you need to ask what it is EXACTLY they are injecting.
