Is the roku channel coming to Ireland ?

Hi there I just found out that in the UK and USA that they have a channel on roku called the roku channel,everything is free on it.can anyone tell me is this available in Ireland and if not ,will it be available here ever.thank you

Seemingly very quietly launched in the U.K. in April but not available here. Forever is such a long time and they are buddies with Sky so don’t rule it out arriving here eventually, but not at the moment.

I’ll jump in to this thread as I was about to ask the same question. I even asked Google and came across an article from the Sun from April last year that says it is now available in Ireland, https://www.thesun.ie/tech/5293224/roku-channel-app-free-tv-shows-movies-download-tv-sky/, yet it did not come bundled with my brand new Roku, and it is not searchable from the store.
