I’m selling the conservatory of our house which is our principal primary residence
. Just wondering if I ought be declaring the sale to revenue and is tax due at my marginal rate?

If you are selling the conservatory but still living in the house, then the conservatory isnt your PPR.

Are you selling for more than you paid for it? If not then it's unlikely.

Are you removing the conservatory and selling it?
    If so, no tax due.

If however , you are splitting your current residence into 2 homes and selling one of them as a bijou starlit conserVatory home?

    Then yes, tax on profit.

Not splitting the house. Just getting rid of the conservatory.

Are you dismantling the conservatory and selling the parts?

I highly doubt that there is tax due. The tax has been paid.
