You have to give MM kudos for at least trying to look like he's listening. Far better than Leo's smirking earlier on when he was being called out.

Its a move away from " the British government must" and " risking the peace process"

Good god, I've been watching the debate at the convention centre, is this really what represents us. It's appalling the lack of any apparent intelligence on the independent seats. I'm sure it's part 2 of RTE's comic relief

Is maith an scáthán súil charad.

We're not just getting a new Government, we're getting a new party! :D

Thomas Pringle looks like the keyboard player for a Country and Irish band.

Me, too. But I’m prejudiced. I gave Kelly my No 1. There. I’ve outed myself!
We knew when you supported the Irish Water superquango with the biggest blinkers ever seen on Boards.

We need FFG to merge and a new party to emerge to balance the political system. Today marks the end of the civil war sham and can only be a good thing.

I think he’s the best of the Independents. Which isn’t saying much.

It seems completely pointless that whoever was managing the facilities fit-out put in dozens of unusable seats.. but I suppose the optics of lots of empty space on TV wouldn't look great either.

Why didn't they just do this in the Dail anyway? Seems an unnecessary expense.

Do we need old man Martin with his finger on the button?

Are the seats not already in place by default? Seems silly to remove anything?

    For the craic. You serious?

Social distancing can't be adhered to in the dail chamber.

    For the SF PR team...

So I turned myself to face me
But I've never caught a glimpse
Of how the others must see the faker
I'm much too fast to take that test

I thought I saw a shot on the news last night of guys installing seats? Maybe I'm wrong.

But yes genuine question.. is there a reason this has to be offsite? Especially in the current climate would it not be better to just stay put in Dail Eireann for the day?
