    Hello all,

Due to the whole lockdown and Coronavirus pandemic, the woman is now a bit afraid of travelling out foreign (pretty much any where out of Ireland). So I've decided to come up with an idea to visit all the 32 Counties of Ireland. This can be just driving up for the day to do some stuff and see some of the landmarks or staying there for a weekend when the restrictions are eased. So what I was wondering, while I know the main ones such as the Giants Causeway, Cliffs of Moher etc etc. I was wondering what "hidden gems" do you know about in your County that you would recommend visiting such as a walking trail to a landmark or so forth.

Not exactly hidden but Curracloe beach, was voted no 1 beach in Ireland. You've Hook lighthouse as well (Wexford).
Glendalough, there's a really nice Indian Sculpture park just outside of Roundwood called Victor's Way, something different.
The Bray to Greystones cliff walk is lovely too.
Cuilcagh board walk in Fermanagh is great too.
Silent Valley Mountain Park in the Mourne Mountains.
Carlingford, that hike was a killer 🙈

I bring the dog everywhere so all dog friendly! We like walking and hiking and nature so that's why all the parks etc

For Co Mayo definitely Downpatrick Head. I visited both there and the cliffs of mother on the 1 day and after wading through thousands it was hilarious to see only 8 people at such a cool spot.

Second this - odd place (if you read all the signs) but really nice

Donegal Slieve League is the obvious one. Glenveagh is gorgeous and, if you're reasonably fit, the Errigal climb is amazing (it's not too tough)

I have a similar idea - get a picture from each county and make a mural in the shape of Ireland :)

Well I was thinking of doing this, or buying a GAA Jersey from each place I visit.

Being from Wexford, I've been to Curracloe beach hundreds of times and still love it. The same with Hook lighthouse.

Thank's I'll add them to my little list of stuff to do in each County.

Completely forgot about Downpatrick head. Thanks.

Well I'd consider myself fit enough so may give it a go.

Yeah, suppose 32 counties times €60 - €75 would be around €1,920 to €2,400. Probably be better spending money elsewhere.

If you do the Cuilcagh Way, you are beside the Marble Arch caves. Thats a very good tour.

Was just thinking, when you go to Galway, if you can, visit The Aran Islands in particular Inis Mor. Dun Aonghus....I don't know if they still allow you to lie on your tummy and look over the edge of cliff! Poll na bPeist etc....absolutely stunning.
