Is it possible to buy a vacant property directly from BOI?

    Can I buy a property directly from BOI - from the folio for the property, the owner passed away ~10 years ago & since then the bank owns the property. It has been idle since  - any direction on who to contact regarding purchasing the property would be appreciated.

    How do you know the bank own it?

    The folio indicates a judgement mortgage was obtained by BOI against the owner for debts owed to creditors.
