R-Link Tom Tom Live Bluetooth issue

Hi, My S9+ bluetooth is connected to the car l, I can make and answer calls but when I want to play music on my s9+ Spotify or google play music it doesn't work, the song will play but then after 1 sec it will pause. I tried updating android auto of my phone, delete and reinstall, unpair and pair again but it doesn't work.
