Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    looking to get my .22 magnum threaded im located in dublin anyone any ideas how or where i can get this done cheers

    Wherever you get it done by make sure they aren't sending it to an engineering shop because although they will cut a great thread it may not be concentric to the bore if they are unaware which is most likely.Choose whoever it is wisely ive seen some really terrible treading jobs here.

    I ended up getting it done in wexford off ballistech a man called don rang him that day told be to come down he has a lathe in shop done a great job bedded threaded and crowned the rifle and tested it after great job done happy out.cheers for the help

    +1 i had a .308 that keyholed with a moderator on because of a terrible threading job :o

    Friend said in sportsman.ie the gunshop in finglas offered to thread his 22 for 50 quid.

    Dominic Byrne is one of the best gun makers in Ireland and he will do it right. You will get him on Facebook. If you go to someone else make sure the put on a target crown and you will be ok.
    I have his number if you can't get him. But you will have to pay postage up and down.
