Dyson - replacement battery

    I have a Dyson V8 Animal. Battery has died. I now only get one or two minutes from it before it needs recharging.

    A replacement battery is €129 on Dyson site. Where is the best place to get a third-party battery? Just looking at Amazon now. They have a replacement from Yagu for £49.99 but don't ship to Ireland. I could use AdressPal, but wonder if there is any stockist in Ireland others have used.

    None of them ship to Ireland becasue of the battery problems. NOt sure AddressPal accepts batteries either. I bought a genuine Dyson one as some reviews of the non-OEM ones were negative.

    There's a genuine battery for €78.69 plus 6.99 delivery (I think).

    You could try Exsparetise in Tullamore too, see if they're any cheaper.

    Not battery related but I recently bought a new turbine head for my (cylinder) Dyson. Got it on EBay, genuine part, speedy delivery - I used Address Pal. Will look for seller details if you want them
