I'm renovating my home office at moment and have ripped up the old carpet

I've decided to white wash the boards, once I get them all cleaned up etc
There are a few with cracks & warps and will need fixing first, but once done I will get stuck in

Just wondering what kind of paint is typically used for white washing floors?

Also what kind of protective goes over it?

As it will have a chair rolling on it a lot I want it to be durable

Any other tips aswell would be helpful

    Thanks

After you have it sanded there is a white floor stain used to colour it to your desired tone .
Apply 3 coats of non yellowing lacquer over it and roll away!
Look at wrg.ie and there is a sanding/lacquer section there with colours and finishes!
