Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I always find the canned chaokoh brand good - available in most Asian shops.
Or is it a block of creamed coconut you are after?

As above, Asian shops usually stock a decent brand.

You can also get away with using coconut milk. Stick a can in the fridge and the next day pour out the watery bit and you'll have a block of thick coconut cream left over. (Freeze the water and use it to make coconut rice)
