Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would anyone have any recommendations on Demo trading accounts?

Ideally, an account which can last an indefinite period and does not terminate after a short period of time.

I have a found a list here i.e. Broker Reviews which begins just over half way down the page:

My mate is using Capital One. It is a tool for luring investors in. Not a bad thing.
My friend is having loads of fun with it with no risk.

Depends what sort of trading you want to do?
For stocks and shares I've used trading212 demo account. The app is pretty simple to use and there are a good number of shares available. As a bonus, you can sign up to Trading212 (the invest version not CFD), deposit £1 and get a free share worth up to £100. Use this link for that: www.trading212.com/invite/FyxAPBGr Think this is UK based only at present unfortunately.

For forex trading I've used icmarkets for both demo and live account. You just link it in with metatrader then, Ive been using this for a few years and never had any issues. Their customer support is good too if you ever do.

If you're trading forex, commodities or indices I highly recommend Global Prime. They're an Australian broker offering ECN trading. I've had an account for 5 years and never had an issue, though I'm no longer trading forex, can't make consistent profits.

I don't use any broker when trading demo, just download Metatrader4 on your phone, open it up and you're automatically logged into a 10k or 20 k demo account
