I notice that sometime around the middle of May, they quietly reintroduced it without sending anyone an email.

So, it's back to Revolut for foreign currency transactions.

I'd be more concerned about paying 20% + interest on their credit cards.

Their T&C's say 2.65%
AIB is 2.75% for outside Europe and 1.75% inside Europe.
