Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cheers Mushy . Also i just looked there and tried to book as a visitor just to play the course one last time before and make sure i actually want to become a member but no tee times available.. Surely all the tee times arent taking up by members from now until the end of June , or maybe they are?

All the tee times will probably be reserved for members until then. Most clubs open one weeks time sheet at a time.

If you tell them your interested in joining most clubs would offer a free round.

Obviously you won’t be able to do this until non members are allow to play again.

Yeah no visitors at all until the 8the, so that's what youd be classed as now hence why cant play. Club probably hasnt open up week after next so not all will be booked

It’s very likely that many clubs will continue to follow a “Members Only” Policy throughout the 3 weeks of phase 2 given the extraordinary pressures on the Daily timesheets.

Phase 2 provides for the travel restrictions, currently in place at a 5k radius to be increased to a 20k radius.

This will permit a very significant number of club members that were kept away from accessing their course to put their names down for a time or times.
It would be manifestly unfair to all of these members to have to compete with non-members for a slot.

Know this is happening for my dads place which seems fair enough. If can survive without it while its exceptionally busy, then it's fair enough

Visitors = revenue for financially starved clubs. Will really only take effect on the 29th June for phase 3 when visitors can play without being accompanied by a member and also open comps back.
